「Loved this little gem!! 」

「The rooms are all very good. However, breakfast is charged separately and is of very poor quality, not matching the price they ask for. 」

「The room was a standard room and the bed was very comfortable. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker was included and worked great! The staff was excellent!! The continental breakfast was great with a wide variety of food and a wonderful breakfast lounge to eat in. The lady taking care of the buffet was incredible! The food was hot and she was always making sure the area was clean and restocked. She was happy and very welcoming! Also the housekeeper was very detailed and positive too!...

「It's an average place to stay. It's located in aa good area. Park across the street. Luther Burbank Home and Garden across the street the other way. Around the block is the art district and a coffee house. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast sucks so don't even bother. There is a cafe across the street. The rooms are the bare minimum. The staff is very friendly. It's a funky place to stay with a nice garden court if you are tired of corporate motels. 」

「We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

「The only disappointing thing about our visit was how small the bathroom was. When getting ready we repeatedly bumped into each other. Maybe it would be possible to get a two queen size beds room with a larger bathroom.」
