They were kind of slippery and my husband slipped and fell down them when we were packing up to leave (he was okay thankfully). 「Building did not have address, so it took a minute to locate. Once we did, access was easy and The Loft is adorable. It was very clean, had plenty of hangers and kitchen supplies. Coffee and sweeteners provided. Communicated with James from the property management was great. He was kind and helpful.
