"As an experienced traveller, I anticipated the lack of value at a resort restaurant (over-priced for what you get), as was the case here. Also anticipated was that their pre-paid shuttles, like from the airport are too pricey - you can book for half the price on your own. There was a stain on the lounge chair (so we never sat in it) and on the drapes. Most frustrating was their "free" shuttle to and from Da Lat town center. We had three options to book the return shuttle from Da Lat: 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM. We booked the latter and the driver was 15 minutes late and upon arrival the hotel told me to pay the driver and that they would reimburse later. When we tried to get reimbursement, the hotel didn't pay. The hotel has promise in that it is a nice setting if you wish to enjoy the tranquility of Da Lat and the town center is within easy reach for tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. The rooms are nice with great views and great settings for pictures."
