"I enjoyed my stay here with a group of 7, all non-couples. Everyone got their own room and bed, which speaks to how large the place is. We were drawn to the place because of the size and the games/recreational features. Overall, it met our expectations.Pros:- Size- Decent beds and furniture throughout- One nice modern 75 in TV- Fridge and kitchenette down in the basementCons:- A little worse for wear feeling overall. Some lights didn't work. Most of the TVs are outdated and have limited/no connectivity to streaming services, cable, or even broadcast tv.- Basketball hoop backboard was broken. Basketball court lighting did not work. Ping pong table and paddles were in very rough, but usable shape. I think these recreational activities are a big draw, and I am sure they are hard to upkeep with guests coming in and out, but it was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it met my needs and I would stay here again. "

"This apartment was probably one of the most run-down, dirtiest rentals I have ever stayed in. The sheets were cheap (stained), and the bathroom was messy, with toothpaste all over the sink, mirror, and walls. The walls throughout the house, the appliances, mirrors, stove, and shower were filthy. The couch was run-down and very smelly. Ants all over the kitchen counter. The water came out of the shower yellow the first morning, and when I boiled it a few times for tea, it had white floating globs. I tried to reboil water in a clean pot, but it happened multiple times. I decided not to drink the water or cook at the house. After arriving each night for 2 nights, we aired out the house by opening all the windows and turning on the fan. We stayed away from the apartment (eating out, evening shopping) as long as possible because we didn't want to return to the house to relax. We had a busy two-day work, play, and sporting tournament schedule, and didn't have the time to move or go back and forth with the owner/rental company over the status of the house. I informed the owner(?) the first day that it was filthy and I had contemplated moving, but didn't have time. After my stay, I asked for at least a cleaning fee refund because the house had obviously not been cleaned before our stay our arrival...but, of course, I never heard back. "

Check-in was incredibly easy, and the host was fantastic, super friendly, communicative, and always ready to help. The location was great, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would absolutely book again!"
