"It is too expensive for what they are charging. Breakfast has very limited options. Apartments are old. Rooms are touched up and have good lighting. Though bathrooms need a lot of improvement. No proper drainage. Shower has good water pressure and the hot water works."

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

"We recently stayed at this apartment in Powai and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and beautiful parks. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals together. "Overall, we had a good stay. The photos are a bit misleading. By US standards, our apartment was ok but walls were dirty, wallpaper torn, soap holders were falling off the walls, and even though it was January there were lots of mosquitos and very few outlets for mosquito coils. Breakfast was always very slow and crowded. But, the staff was great and very attentive."
