「I stayed at RACV Goldfields resort for 1 night as I was in Ballarat for the marathon. I couldnt believe the size of the room when I opened the door, it was huge, it even had a spa bath! I had to go back into my emails to check how much I paid for the night, as surely I paid much more than what I thought! But no, it was so reasonable priced for the room I was given. 「Room was clean and well appointed. I was surprised the shower was over the spa but not unusual for country motels and not a deal breaker. Spa was big and deep, great for a long soak. Key wasn't in the room when we arrived but quickly arrived and staff were helpful and friendly when we had trouble figuring out how to lock the door. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was large and met our needs.」

「Love our stay! The building itself is a beautiful historic architecture. We stayed in the Zebra room, the view was stunning overseeing the whole town. Breeze coming in from window was really nice. Fireplace and deep bathtub are also highlights of our stay. The host provided generous breakfast bits and small snacks for us in the room, it was very sweet of them! Also love the contactless check in and out, plenty of privacy for couple, We will definitely come back. 」

「I would have preferred an option to sleep on a western style bed due to my age [80 yrs] and not on a traditional floor setting otherwise my stay was a delight. 」

「Don’t book this place. Their serves is terrible! I booked this place recently May 2026 for my parents as a gift for my mum’s birthday. However they were treated very rudely during the checking process. My mother called them and asked about early check in and where the parking was and had the phone slammed back at her. Mum called back again but no one picked up. This experience ruined mum’s day and they left without checking in and I was charged by the accomodation anyway despite trying to...
