"What a delightful stay! Our room was clean and everything was in great condition. The staff was fantastic, they answered all our questions and helped when we had a shipment sent to us. Recently remodeled apartment room on west end which is not the best side of town although we had no problems. Tombstone Brewery nearby. Stove did not work. "It was pretty clean. Our cable didn't work & mgmt was quick to fix. Coffee pot boiled completely over on counter but the dropped off a brand one. The cabinets & drawers have no hardware to open easily. One burner of two didn't get red hot like the other one. Needs better quality cabinets & such. Bed very comfortable!"

"Upon entry I discovered that the entry door and bedroom door to the hallway had no locking mechanism or additional security features. Smoke alarm not connected; just laying on the shelf. There’s an open electrical plug next to the bed in small sleep area. The shower vent is covered with dust. The plugged in mess behind the tv is a fire hazard waiting to happen. "I found the staff exceptional. They really were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options( especially egg ones), and couple of fruit choices too. I liked that there is a restaurant option on the property now too. The towels were great, shower had lots of water pressure and plenty of soap and shampoo. The bed was comfortable, but all four pillow were the "high" kind, at least two should have been a low fill pillow. The sheets were fine. The in room coffee makers for solo cups worked well, and was restocked every day. As I was arriving I was told there would be a $30 early checkin in fee. Check in is at 3:00 and it was 2:00, so I said I would wait. I will definitely stay in here the future if I find myself in the area."
