This home was very welcoming and clean. We were visiting UNH and this location was great. We appreciated the detail information about the property and areas to visit. The house is charming, well appointed and more spacious than it seems from the outside. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The instructions we received from the owner were clear and helpful. I have only good things to say about it.

Wonderful stay in Eliot!
The house was lovely and just perfect for what we needed. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week exploring Portsmouth, Kittery and Portland, ME. The house was in a great location and we loved being able to walk down to the boat landing/beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

As soon we walked through the entrance we were “wowed”. Beautiful well lit kitchen with modern appliances. The downstairs family room will keep your eyes entertained by the craftsmanship of the woodwork. Beautifully decorated and well placed windows to capitalize incoming sunlight. Many options are available in the area to keep you occupied. Don’t miss out on visiting the coastline. Would I come revisit? Absolutely!

Really neat decor, beautiful and spacious home with plenty of room for both children to have their own rooms to sleep in. Very comfortable and a great location to enjoy local attractions in eliot, portsmouth, dover, and ogunquit!

A Perfect Home!
We were in town to visit old friends and catch up with family. This was a perfect home for our small family! The house was immaculate, with the kitchen and lower level beautifully remodeled. The owners were attentive to any questions or needs during the week, with a quick phone call or text. This house is in a wonderful location to all sights and activities in Portsmouth/ Maine and also Boston areas. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!
