「My husband and I have stayed here for the past 3 years when we visit Kittery. We love the little balconies and the convenience of having a kitchen. There is always plenty to choose from for breakfast. Kittery Inn and Suites is also centrally located with easy access to Portland, NH. It is also a very peaceful place. The pool is awesome too.」

The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.」

「Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. Always have to ring bell and eventually someone appears. Neon paper signs taped up in lobby area is a bit tacky. Breakfast is very...

「Overall compared to other hotels that I have stayed at that one was not that great mainly because my bathroom floors were dirty and they had ran out of towels at one point. It was just not what I expected I should say.」

「As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door. After the 3rd attempt of recoding and trying the door, we were finally given a replacement card. Needless to say, we decided to try a different hotel chain for our overnight stop on...
