「The apartment is within 10 mins drive to the twelve Apostles which is very convenient. It is very near Cowes town where there is takeaways/ restaurants and supermarkets as well. Cowes beach is also nearby. The apartment facilities are clean and new. However, we are on Apartment 6 which means we need to drag our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there’s no lift. Also, there is only one air conditioner in the dining area and it can be rather cold at night in the rooms. 」

「Stayed in one of the pods and the walking path outside the doors is so noisy you hear everyone all night long. First night a large group were making a lot of noise and woke me up and it went on for quite a while. So if you like quiet it's not ideal. Rooms were adequate. Bed comfy. Bathroom sink is way too small to wash your dishes in let alone stick kettle under tap. 3pm was a bit late for my liking for checkin and the reception closes at 4pm. "We had an amazing stay at the Jackalope hotel. The interior decor is inspired by David Lynch, therefore expect a dark, dystopian vibe. The hotel restaurant Doot Doot Doot is a michelin-starred restaurant - it really delivered, we had one of the best waygu in our trip in the restaurant. The breakfast is exceptionally delicious. We also had a great time in Flaggerdoot - the renowened hotel bar. The cocktails are suberb and the boys had a great time at the pool table while the girls had a late night snack. The popcorn and icecream are free of charge from the room - which is also a very thoughful touch. The complimentary wine tour by the owner of the vineyard is very memorable, I learnt that the Abel clone is actually originated from DRC - learnt a lot about the vineyards in Mornington Peninsula through the informative tour. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Rare Hare and its food - exceptional. All in all, a great memorable stay, highly recommend!"
