「Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.」

「A very cozy place in a small but pretty town. Very welcoming host family share their lovely house and collections. 」

「Free parking included with the stay, clean rooms, staff are friendly on site. Air conditioning in rooms. I would recommend cleaning the interior of the AC as the one in our room had a bit of a smell to it. It was manageable and other than that we had no problems at all. It was easy for a one night stay and everything was tidy and clean. No issues, very affordable compared to other stays」

「Pool hours seemed to randomly just change and after dinner it was closed to clean which is when everyone wants to swim. It would be nice if it was open to everyone until 9 and then 9-10pm adults only. Your coffee maker is behind the breakfast area which made it hard to get a coffee without a coffee maker in the room. Would have been nice to access it」

「The room was not very clean, and we were disappointed with the size and quality for the price. The pullout couch was not functional, but the actual couch was grungy so we decided it wasn’t an option either. The fridge was not plugged in when we arrived, and when we did turn it on, it did not work well enough for our food to keep. We were disappointed with this stay, I would advise spending the extra money and going elsewhere.」

「The staff here are wonderful and always helpful. The property itself is older, so while they are working on updating and maintaining, a lot of it is dated or needing minor repair. For example, there used to be a swimming pool but the previous owner filled it with dirt. The room we were in has a great view of the river and a patio that opens right in front of the dock, which was lovely. However, the room itself was dated and needed a deep clean and the plumbing was obviously old. The beds were...

「This motel is welcoming, convenient and clean, with comfortable beds. Parking and air conditioning are good, as is the tv. We enjoyed our 2-night stay and would recommend.」

「It is where students stay, so is only available during their vacation times.The room was very basic but very clean and very reasonably priced. The TV in our room was not connected to anything and you couldn't cast to it - so you would need to use an HDMI cable to connect and we stopped carrying that a long time ago. The location was less than 10 minutes drive away from the Tallships Landing.」
