Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

I have nothing kind to say. It was a terrible experience….. no water, serviced 3 times, had to stay in a hotel to wash. Unacceptable and request full refund! I am a regular customer of VRBO and this has been a fiasco. I spoke with an agent, Eliza, and she couldn’t pull up the reservation saying my email is not listed. Yet VRBO took my money!! Explain that
