「The house is clean, equipped, and exactly what I expected. The price is very good and saved us a lot of money over hotels for this many people. The location is not as nice as we were hoping for, it is near a train yard, and car wash. That said, we felt safe, and only heard trains occasionally. It did not disturb our sleep. It did not feel skanky at all, just a little different location than I was expecting. There were four queen sized beds, we didn’t look for where they are counting the other...

「My Mom's 87, I'm 67 this was a gift to get her away from home. She uses a walker and never gets out. There are no stairs it's easy access. Its huge and open and spacious. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views are extraordinary, sunset right off the backdeck..Our host was fast to respond to questions and very helpful. 「Property was as described and right in the heart of Sgt. Bluff. Easy process of checking in and excellent communication with Owner. Fenced yard for dogs was a plus! 」

「 Fall 2024- This was our first stay in a tiny house, and it exceeded all expectations! Stephanie thought of everything, making the interior feel cozy and welcoming. The trails around the property were perfect for our dog, who gives it a 5/5 stars! We were lucky enough to catch a starry night with a harvest moon while relaxing in the hot tub – truly magical. 「The property was great. Easy to access from the interstate. Well organized. Had everything needed. Great communication with the property manager - answered all my questions before and after booking. We were able to bring our two family dogs with us - the main reason we booked this property. 」

「As my title says.... the pictures dont do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has every pot, pan, and cooking utensil a guy could ask for. The bed is quality.
