“I booked this room through Expedia.com. Upon arrival I was told there was no room available. I asked why and was told their computer system overbooked the hotel and since I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could or would do. We had to go to another town to get a room.
Later when I called and complained to Expedia a representative called the Super 8. When she returned to me she said she was told that the Super 8 had a water heater failure and it affected a section of the building.……

“Im not sure how this was so highly rated. The ratings I saw stated this hotel was "pleasent", but my experience was not. “First, when I arrived and checked in got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room type I booked, def was a downgrade. So went to the front desk and the manager was on duty, she was helpful but did complain about the employee who apparently made the mistake implying this wasn’t the first or second time. I was swapped into what was available; it was something closer to what I had booked but still not what I had booked, the outside area in the rear was in disrepair and just overall poor condition……
