The Hampton needs better mattresses in the King rooms. Also our room had trash not emptied in it, blinds were terrible. Bathroom in lobby was not clean. Forcthe price it should have unbroken box springs abd goid nattresses. Pillows were terrible.

Eric, Thank you for your ratining 4/5. Rest assured we take our guest safety very seriously and we do try to keep our parking lot, sidewalks and and hill accessible for our guests. I am sorry you felt that we fell short in this area.

The room, although very nice, was not the best night sleep. The beds are terrible and the positioning of the bad in the room has you heat and air blowing right in your face. If you want to watch TV in bed it is at a hard angle. The location is on top of a hill with continuous wind. Very nice and clean but will not return.

I am sorry that due to the layout of the room and the weather outside you will not return, but we would appreciate it if you did.
the hotel does not have designated pet rooms so bedding smelled like wet dog
when brought to attention of morning staff. they acted as though it was no problem an said they publish this info all over. which was not true
the canopy that you pull under to check in. looks as though it is ready to fall off the building.

Clean facilities, quiet, etc. Hampton always has my favorite pillows and beds. This particular location had an excellent breakfast. The front desk staff was also so nice to my daughter and gave her coloring supplies when we came down for breakfast. The only downside was that the pool was small. My daughter still enjoyed it though!

Pros: The mattress on the bed was awesome!! Very clean and comfortable. Cons: The people in the room directly above us were stomping their feet across the floor all night long and it kept me up. The TV guide did not show what programs were on, just the channels.
