Thank you for your response. We are so glad you found the hotel rooms and hotel itself to be nice and clean. We strive to provided a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. I am sorry that due to the layout of the room and the weather outside you will not return, but we would appreciate it if you did.

We are truly sorry that you didnt enjoy your stay with us due to these issues. While we fully understand there are some things outside of our control such as pet policy and the damage you mentioned.
