Not well maintained or cleaned. We had a jetted tub room and soap scum and hair were left in it. Bathtub in the shower wouldn't drain. All electronics were unplugged and tv wouldn't change channels just volume. Place was empty but on Sunday they claimed to be to busy for a late checkout. Quite disappointed to spend good money for what appeared to be a quality room only to find it disgusting and not properly functioning.

Terrible staff. Arrived at 5pm to check in and the front desk employee said to come back in 20 minutes because the owner had not uploaded the bookings into the computer yet. Not sure what that’s about. Property needs major remodel and updates. The jetted tub in our room, that we paid extra for, was horrible and had pink slime around the jets, someone else’s hair, so we didn’t use it. All other staff members were unfriendly and unhappy. Will not stay here again.

Overall it was good, only think is the breakfast, coffee and orange juice was wiped out when I got there at 8 am, but they did get everything fill back up we just had to wait a few minutes. Other then that it was good.
