「Room was very nice had problems with the shower hard to turn on could have been a better breakfast but it's Continental staff was very welcoming」

「The receptionist was great and friendly. The grounds are old and weathered. The overall stay was just ok. But the showered in the room was not clean. The shower door was covered in soap scum and the inside of the door was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned at all. 」

「I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.」

「We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!」
