"No instructions were provided on how to properly close the door, there is no reception, and customer support doesn’t respond in a timely manner. Good luck if you run into any urgent issues. Aside from that, the room itself is in quite good condition."

"We had an amazing stay! Nina was easy to communicate with and super responsive. The house was in a quiet location that we absolutely loved. The ONLY reason we gave this house 4 stars and not 5 is because we stayed during an extreme heat dome in the summer and the house did not have AC or a fan. But ..."
