Very rude man and dirty room

"The man running the hotel was very rude. He tried giving us a dirty room. The beds were slept in, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash in the trash cans and dead bugs on the floor. The air conditioning didn’t work right and the people next to us said the same. This would be a gold mine if they had the right management and put new mattresses in. There’s absolutely no reason to treat your customers like this. Maybe saying hello and a smile on your face would help. "

"My husband and I came after we left the race at Lucas Oil Track.. We got here at 12:30am. I contacted the host to let him know that we were coming but would be there let. He contacted right back, no problem. I would stay here again if needed. We loved everything about it. "

Osceola Retreat

"Very nice lodging on the square in Osceola Mo. I grew up here and love to visit my hometown. Prior to this lodging there weren’t any real options of a nice place to rent. Chestnut now offers a great place to stay right on the square at a very reasonable rate."
