Great stay at Alpine Meadows in Holiday Valley

Condo was clean and nicely appointed. Great location just across the road from lift access. We also enjoyed the deck and direct view of the slopes. We have six people in our family and had plenty of space so everyone was comfortable. We definitely would consider staying here again.

Winter getaway

The condo was the perfect location, had all of the supplies needed and massive amount of space available. Communication was great and walking to the lifts was an added bonus. Will definitely be back !

Condo was as listed. Very clean and kept up. Had everything we needed and was perfect for 6 of us. Told owner monday evening tv wasnt working in one the rooms..and by 10am the next day there was a brand new tv installed. Great place

The Perfect Location & View

Great location with a view of the Holiday Valley slopes. The condo was well equipped with everything you could need. Would highly recommend this location for your next trip to Holiday Valley!

Great Location!

This townhouse is super close to the slopes and downtown area. Perfect location! Very clean and great amenities! Area was very quiet. Our host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend getaway

Great location to the event we were attending. Great layout to accommodate the group. Had everything we needed but we couldn’t find a pizza cutter. But a big knife did the trick. Easy check out compared to other rentals I have done.

Perfect location and plenty of room for a family ski trip

Property was located just across the street from Holiday Valley ski complex. We had plenty of room for our family and everything we needed to cook and enjoy a couple of family meals during our stay. Audrey was very responsive to all of our messages and was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

Presidents weekend ski trip

We enjoyed our stay, the location is great. We were able to easily walk back and forth from the slopes to the house. The house was clean and we appreciated unexpected amenities such as coffee filters and bath products. Thank you!

Beautiful place

This unit in Ellicottville was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. The unit was exactly as described and the view out the front window was breathtaking. We all decided we want to rent it again next year!

Fantastic!

What a perfect place to stay for skiing at Holiday Valley. The house is clean and well kept and the hosts are very responsive. You can simply walk across the road to one of the ski lifts instead of having to drive up to the lodge. We plan on staying again next season.

Nice and convenient stay for skiers

Nice smaller chalet and very conveniently located across the street from Holiday Valley. Great location for skier’s. Chalet fits 5 people comfortably and has everything one needs for a mini vacation. There were a few maintenance related issues with this property. The third floor shower door would not stay closed for example and there were some plumbing issues on the bottom floor as the kids heard clanking during the night from the ceiling. We believe it to be when neighbours used water as everything was off in this unit. Overall a nice stay but at a very premium price over the holidays.

Great location and plenty of room, we enjoyed the space! Weird there were no hand toweling for bathroom. Also weird was the faucet handles were tricky. One was going the totally opposite way, another faucet wouldn’t run water unless temp was high enough, and another faucet you had to turn just right to make sure was off

Highly recommended

I would highly recommend this property, the description is true, the location is convenient, and the unit was extremely clean! We did not need to contact the host so I cannot comment on communication. However, I can comment that the Vrbo app did not work properly and I couldn’t find, my rental information on the app. But that’s VRBO, I have had issues with VRBO in the past and I’m not a fan of it. But this property in this host was amazing!

Spring ski trip 2024

Every year girlfriends and I take a ski trip together. Ellicottville was on our bucket list. Audrey's quick response to my questions and other positive reviews on her place made booking the right choice. Really glad we did. Place lived up to its online description and much much more. Good this cause we ended up spending more time inside than planned due to less than ideal skiing conditions. Great time still had by all with lots of laughs and memories in an outstanding home base. Thank you! Another trip in the books but already planning on going back. Would book same spot next time.

Probably one of the best places

This was a great place to stay! The hosts stocked the condo with all the necessities in every room of the house and then some. It was very clean and easy to find. Great location in Ellicotville to be able to get to anywhere in the town very quickly.

Wedding Weekend Getaway

We are so happy we chose this property to stay for a long wedding weekend! We are glad we extended our trip an extra day! We were traveling with our parents and 2 children, and there was plenty of space for all. The location was incredible and the view could not be beat! Our son especially loved heading out to the deck to watch his dad and Pop Pop on the golf course! We enjoyed food recommendations downtown and made an easy day trip to Niagara Falls. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and Audrey responded to our questions quickly!
