Great spot, on a quiet hill, with a beautiful view.

The house and property were excellent. Didn't feel crowded, with with 12 people there. Well maintained, with all of the listed amenities. Very close to Ellicottville, with a ton of fun places to go. Kitchen was very well stocked. Enough to cook 3 dinners, without having to bring many supplies. Plenty of extra blankets, and more clean towels than I've ever had in a VRBO.

Perfect for medium to large group

This beautiful home was fully furnished and had everything to make it a fun and lively stay. Very clean too! The town is adorable and views from this home were beautiful. We had a family reunion where everyone from young to old were completely satisfied with the property.

Family Thanksgiving

4 generations for Thanksgiving holiday. Location was perfect to feel like we were away from everything but only minutes for trips to grocery store and shopping, with great view. Awesome dining table for large family dinner. Few small issues that owner had corrected within an hour of contacting. We forgot our air mattress for the kids, and the one available on site had leak but we were able to rearrange sleeping to make it work for us. Hot tub and game room were favorite pastimes. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking for 4 or even more cars. Would stay again.

Beautiful place!

This home was perfect for our family reunion. Great kitchen, comfy beds, a table big enough for all of us to eat together, and outdoor space to keep everyone happy. We range in age from almost 18 to almost 80, and everyone agreed that we should come back.

Amazing views in Ellicottville

Views can't be beat from the living room. Amazingly comfortable for our group of 9 adults. Plenty of amenities to accommodate a large group. Quiet, cozy, and a short 10 minute drive to the nearby town and slopes. Beds were very comfortable!

Wonderful house

This house met all of our needs with 3 families and a dog! Dean and Vic were very accommodating and responsive to our requests. The kids loved the game room! We will definitely return.

50 th Anniversary Memory

Perfect house for family gathering…the game room was a great place for the cousins to hangout and have fun…Meanwhile, the adults just relaxed. The house was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. We had such a great time nobody wanted to leave. The only down fall was the Bills losing their game.

Perfect House and Close to Town

House layout and size was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and the kids loved the basement games and outdoor space. The view did not disappoint either :) My only disappoints were that the washer and dryer were not working, so I couldn't wash any of my kids clothes, which I was planning for. One of the 2nd floor bedroom doors didn't fully latch either, so when the basement door opened that bedroom door would swing open, which scared our 3 year old trying to nap and sleep at night. Other than those two things, it was a great trip for our family!

Horn Hill

Great property a short distance to town and ski slopes. Very clean and space was plentiful for 7 guests. Beds could be a little more comfortable but overall, a great place to stay in Ellicottville. Great game room and the outside amenities were clean and a perfect way to relax after skiing.

Friends Trip!!

This place is exactly as advertised. I’ve never seen a rental so clean and well stocked. The owners thought of everything and the location was perfect. You can see the slopes and are just a 4 minute drive into town. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful retreat location

For 12 moms looking to escape their responsibilities for the weekend, this was a perfect retreat. Clean, quiet, and well stocked with basic necessities - we especially appreciated the hairdryers and shampoo/body wash/conditioner that came with the chateau. The owners were wonderfully responsive to the few questions we had, and we immensely appreciated the giant table that let us all sit together for meals. 10/10 would recommend.

Family vacation

My family of ten, with 4 kids under 10 and 2 dogs, enjoyed the house and the area. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen and grill were great for large family meals. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and the small backyard was ok for badminton. The area had plenty to do including an alpaca farm, Holiday Valley for their coaster, tree climbing and gem finding, and we had dinner (with the dogs) at a few of the local breweries. Overall it was a good vacation.
