One of the best vacation houses I have stayed at!

We stayed at this house for our annual summer family get together and it was perfect. The property was beautiful, there was plenty of outdoor space for kids to play, there was a hot tub and bonfire pit, comfortable bedrooms, a big kitchen and large tables for meals. It was also 10 minutes away from Ellicottville which we went to for some fun daytime activities. Truly wonderful stay!

Great summer stay in ellicottville!

We came here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was great! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t pan out for us so we had limited use of the outdoor spaces but the indoor area was great with plenty of room and comfortable hang out spots for our family of 8. The kitchen was plenty big and we cooked most meals at home with a few times still heading into town which was a quick 10 minute drive away. I had a few questions once we got there and Jaclyn was responsive and helpful in her responses.

BEST VACATION WEVE HAD IN YEARS!

We stayed here with a group of 12 — couples, kids, and even our dog — and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and it was so well-stocked with everything we needed.The outdoor space was a huge bonus! The hot tub and grill made it easy to unwind, and the property felt super private, which we really appreciated with little ones running around.The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking for a big group easy, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive from booking through checkout.Everyone in our group kept commenting on how great the house was — it really ended up being the highlight of the trip. We’d definitely come back!
