Welcome to the Newly Remodeled Alpaca Farmhouse; your cozy, family-friendly escape in Ellicottville!
Just a leisurely half-mile walk from the village (with sidewalks that begin right at the property), this charming getaway blends peaceful farm life within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and year-round adventure while also having unbeatable convenient drives to skiing, golfing & other outdoor activities.
Relax in this beautifully updated 2-bedroom home, each bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed. The full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, perfect for winding down after a day on the slopes or trails. Families are especially welcome: the home includes a Pack ’n Play and thoughtful touches to make traveling with little ones easier.
Step outside onto the spacious deck to take in serene farm views, enjoy a meal on the propane BBQ grill, or simply unwind with a cup of coffee while watching the alpacas graze. Guests are welcome to meet the alpacas, adding a truly unique and memorable touch to your stay.

Cute little home

It was a nice little house for the 4 of us for the weekend. It was properly stocked with all of our needs. Very close to the village and ski hills. The online listing had check in for 3 pm. I messaged the property at 3:30 through VRBO as we weren’t send check in instructions. I didn’t hear back so I called the property management company. The cleaners were just finishing and they would email the check in details. We got that email around 3:45 pm. The honored us a later check out for the miscommunication. Other than that, everything was good.
