Spacious, the beddings were comfortable. The kitchen and dining were perfect. The other rooms were excellent, the bath rooms were excellent. The out doors and porch was comfortable and relaxing.

Peaceful Wooded Retreat

The home was clean, spacious, and set in a peaceful community. Careful when driving at night - there are very few lamp posts, making the drive up to the cabin a bit unnerving given the incline and winding, narrow roads. As for the home itself, I was very pleased with the space of the rooms and the kitchen. My children loved the pool table while we set-up dinner. Two suggestions: larger pots and more bed linens/blankets needed. I was surprised that for a location that states it will sleep 9, there weren't enough any bed sheets for those who needed to sleep on the couch/blow-up mattress. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

It was a great stay and much needed stay. It was for my husbands birthday. Although there was no hot tub as stated, pool table had no chalk, or sticks unusable to nibs on them were broken, no beach towels (we bought some so no big deal). This was a wonderful stay and would love to go again.

This cabin was amazing. It was a quick decision to go and it was available. The place was beautiful and spacious and the family loved it. It was hard to find and the hot tub was out of service until further notice so that was a bummer but overall a great stay.

The cabin was nice. However, we were only left one key, trash cans were full so had to haul off what trash we could and left a few bags on top for we didn't have room in the vehicle to haul it off. The dishwasher did not work so had to hand wash dishes to satisfy the check out routine. The dryer wouldn't dry even a single t-shirt. The cleanliness was ok upon arrival. The festivities were amazing outside of the house. Neighbors were great. The wildlife view was awesome. But, the house itself could use repairs on appliances and whomever cares for the home needs to do better on trash days.

Bugs and broken amenities with little give a care

Roaches. In the kitchen. Was having a family gathering but was embarrassed to have them inside. Changed plans and had get-together outside. Promptly left afterwards. We called. Got someone to come and spray store bought home and garden spray. Amenities were broken and the garden tub had bare electrical IN the tub and a warning sign about the tub grounding out. Fought for days with guest service. Eventually got a partial refund and then ghosted.

Disappointed

Many issues. 1) Live roaches 2) Jacuzzi out of order 3) Dishwasher had standing water in the bottom 4) Dryer wasn’t workin properly and would not dry our clothes 5) Couch and chair upstairs had many stains and ground in dirt. 6) Active termites 7) And to top it all off… We all got bed bug bites. We all ended up with rashes as a result! Something needs to be done and I want some compensation! What we paid for and what we got were very far apart!

Amazing place to relax!

This place is way out in the middle of nowhere which is ideal! No noise, deer on the lawn, campfire, and quiet! The roads to get back to this place are super scary if you do not drive on small roads with big drop offs in the mountains! However, once you are there, you do not need to leave! The pools are super nice, basketball courts, mini golf, there was even a concert happening while we were there. Couple of things to keep in mind- if you need a fan to sleep, bring it with you,,,there are only blankets for the beds so if you have people who will be using the pullout or couch- bring more blankets. Finally, bring camping chairs because there are not any for the campfire. Other than that, this place was great and you will love it!

The property was well priced, getting to exact site challenging, lots of towels and good ac, there is a insect issue, ants and roaches, lots of living space, tv use is difficult and too limiting, lots of deferred maintenance on floors and entered stairs, There is a humming/pumping sound downstairs. Our family loved our stay in this beautiful open layout home. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather together and to spread out and have some individual space. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. What we really enjoyed was the access to the recreation center! The indoor pool was perfect during these cold days. We will be returning!

We overall enjoyed our stay. Very beautiful home at the top of the mountain. Very clean and organized for a mountain cabin. A/C and heating system worked perfectly. The amenities like TV, no issues. Pool table was a nice touch for the kids. This cabin needs some TLC and attention to details. The pots and pans had food stains on them. We had to wash all the of the pots, pans, dishes , and utensils by hand to make sure they were clean. Some were unwashable so they delivered new cookware. The bathroom fixtures are loose and broken. They are in need of repair. There is no hot tub or fire pit. What they have is a circle spot at the bottom of a hill that becomes a muddy mess when it rains. I really wanted to give this cabin a 5 star rating, but these simple fixes do impact your vacation after the first day.

Nice home but a little misleading

The house was pretty nice but my favorite thing was all the deer that just run freely through the neighborhood. I was disappointed to find that the big picture window overlooking the jacuzzi tub looked out at a neighbor's house so it was impossible to open the curtains when sitting in the tub. The hot tub was full of green water and leaves, certainly not clean or useable. The internet didn't work despite we had the password. There are neighbors literally in the backyard so there wasn't as much privacy. And the night we arrived there were only 3 towels. Later we found the rest of the towels wet in the dryer. There were a couple of roaches in one of the upstairs bedrooms and in the master bedroom. Other than those things, the house was really pretty, clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils. It takes about 20 minutes to get in and out of the neighborhood, so when you get there don't plan on just running up the road to the store. This would be a great place to take your food, games, and other stuff with you to just hang out. If we'd have stayed longer it would be great for that. Overall it was nice for our first cabin rental. We will know more as to how to plan and what to ask in the future. Thanks for having us.
