    Experience the serenity of the North Georgia Mountains at this dog-friendly cabin in the Coosawattee River Resort community in Ellijay! With access to shared amenities like a pool and tennis court, this beautiful home offers multiple fireplaces as well as a foosball table, a private hot tub, and a firepit with seating. Relax out on the furnished deck while reading your favorite novel, enjoy playing games with family and friends, or gather around the flatscreen TV to watch your favorite movies and shows.

    What's nearby:
    The Coosawattee River Resort offers a recreation center with a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a miniature golf course. Venture away from the resort and fish along the Coosawattee River or visit the nearby orchards and vineyards. Just 10 miles away, the town of Ellijay offers seasonal festivals, restaurants, and boutique shops.

    The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

    The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

    Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Cabin has great bones, but really needs to be updated. Couch has a large tear on the top/back of the left side, towel bar coming out of the wall upstairs, downstairs is completely unfinished with open storage area. Probably a 5 star spot 10-15 yrs ago

Such a perfect cabin for a quick mountain getaway! Very clean and well stocked. Extra steep driveway, and be careful to put in the correct address into GPS since we couldn’t find it for while. Directions were sent to Lemmon dr and I’m the cabin is on Lemmon lane.

This cabin was beautiful. The view from the hot tub was great & the beds were super comfy. It is maybe 10 mins from being near downtown. We did have just a minor set back with the ac but we was able to get that fixed with great communication😀 overall would definitely stay here again

Private and clean!

Cabin was very clean and very private for being in a gated community! We had a great time and the community pool was not very far away which was nice. Over all the inside was very clean and everything was provided. The only problem was the grill, we got steak and corn to cook on the grill, but we could only get one burner to work. And the porches, chairs and tables outside were covered in pollen which we understand since it was wooded from ever side. Over all it was a very nice cabin and I would stay there again.

The BEST family vacation

The house was amazing, beautifully furnished. We love the deck and 2nd level where we watches several deer on the yard at night. Hot tub was amazing. Grilled and played games on the porch. It is our favorite place after years of coming to GA! Cant say enough. This house is perfection. Best family time!

Very hilly and no where to walk dogs.

House was fine, but no toilet paper or paper towels. Also Vrbo lists the street as Lemmon Lane, but the email from Vacasa list Lemmon Drive. Lemmon Drive is correct. We drove through the very hilly and windy community twice before figuring out the correct location. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. The big pool near RV park was really dirt and my two kids who are 10 and 12; got in and immediately got out because they said it was gross.

Nice mountain getaway

This house is prettier in person, I don’t think the pictures online quite do it justice. Perfect for six people, we really enjoyed our stay. Pros: clean enough, comfortable, quiet. Even though it’s in a community, the houses are spread far enough apart that it still feels private. Roads were windy and the driveway was quite steep, but do-able even for us Florida folk. Loved the back porch, gas fireplace, hot tub, and fire pit. Cooked a yummy Thanksgiving meal and enjoyed playing cornhole after. Beautiful stargazing on a cold, clear, night! Cons: on VRBO the address is listed as Lemmon Lane, but Lemmon DRIVE is actually correct. Use Google maps, not Apple maps!!! Google will take you to the right address now matter whether you use Lane or Drive, but Apple will take you to the WRONG place if you put in Lane. This inconsistency led to part of our party getting quite lost.The house could have been better stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies — we had to go buy our own. The property is maintained by a management company, and although they were very good about communicating and sending check in/check out info, when I reached out with specific questions I received general answers from different people each time. Just felt a little impersonal and concerning if a pressing issue should arise. Overall, pros outweighed the cons and we did have a good time.

Rough start until things got worked out…

Loved everything about the homes except; - thermostat came with out instructions. The home was 58° inside when we arrived. Took 20 hours to resolve - one very cold first night, because… - neither fireplace worked. The video link was to an expired page. Two fireplaces yet no heat from them overnight (Did I mention it was 23° that night?), so we thought we’d try filling the soaking tub in the main bath to soak and warm up in hot water, but alas… -the setting on the hot water heater and or it’s capacity meant running out of hot water without even a half full tub. All these things were resolved the following afternoon when a very friendly and capable handy man showed up and took care of it all. Including also bringing batteries for the remote controls, bring tape to fix the insulation for the hot water heater (which had been pulled back wide open, away from the water heater). Kudos to day supervisor ******** who jumped on things when she saw our ticket had never been replied to from the previous evening. She stayed on the local team and saw us through to satisfaction.

Arrived by 1:30 found cabin temperature 55 turned on heat fireplace wouldn’t light, tv wouldn’t work. Called and let manager know. Called a second time manager said she come by and suggested we go run errands do anything we needed and she take care of it so went shopping got back found nothing done. Called again now close to 4 she came by unable to fix no apologies just it worked earlier had to contact owner be right back. After 45 min called again another lady came by now 7:30 managed to get working. Day wasted for us. Bed downstairs uncomfortable so decided to try hot tub it didn’t get hot. Found grill down on last level so not close to kitchen and grill wasn’t clean. Wanted to leave but to tired. Bed upstairs very nice but the slats rolled up and mattress fell on left side: In living room husband set feet on ottoman and leg came off. Pros kitchen has everything you need to cook. My husband was recovering from surgery and this was so stressful. Management needs customer service classes. Management said cabin was new contract so bugs to work out however they did give us 75 credit I thought first night credit at least but it was not honored.
