My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful home. We enjoyed our time of unwinding and relaxing. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The property manager was easy to contact and work with. We will definitely be back!

Every trip up and down the mountain was immersed in wildlife from squirrels to deer and wild turkeys. It was a joy! The cabin was clean and the owner great to deal with.

Great cabin at Christmas!

We stayed here for a Christmas time getaway for just my husband and i and had a wonderful time! The cabin was decorated for Christmas, and was even nicer in person than the pictures. Check in was a breeze and we will be booking this cabin again in the future. Being on the creek was so nice and peaceful to relax and enjoy the decks and the hot tub!

Lovely Setting

This was a great place of stay with the perfect view of the running stream. Very clean. Nice to park at the main level of the home and loved that there were two king beds. A must stay place!

Great place!

This cabin sits right next to the river. It offers not only beautiful views but wonderful sounds as well. We played in the river during the day and listened to the river in the hot tub at night. It was so very relaxing. There is plenty to do just at the cabin and within the resort but we did venture out for a round of golf and had dinner in Ellijay.

Beautiful house and loved sitting on the deck and hearing the rushing water. Kitchen was fully stocked and bed was super comfy. The only thing we didn’t like was the drive to the cabin- very scary driving back and forth!

Amazing getaway!

We came for a week for our spring break. Having little kids this property was perfect. Since all our kids want to do on vacations are find playgrounds the creek was great. All the games, puzzles, pool table, foosball, and trail along the creek was perfect. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Past reviews mentioned the drive in being challenging. While it was scary and. I don’t have four wheel drive, it was easier each time we drove through the neighborhood. Saw lots of deer, turkeys and a sweet stray dog. We loved the home and Need another trip here soon. Thank you for sharing your perfect getaway place!!

Much bigger than expected

The house was beautiful and much more than we expected, it’s huge. We spent most our time enjoying the front porch and listening to the river. Only thing that may be a problem for some is the drive. It’s very steep and rough in places in the neighborhood so we were glad to have AWD. We have already talked about returning with our kids. Loved it.

Was hoping this would be a great trip but unfortunately the cabin hads it's ok and bad points. I will preface this we have stayed in numerous properties over many years and this was disappointing.Bad: The fireplace is a converted gas fireplace to wood burning meaning the ventilation is too small to accommodate a fire. The smell was too much to bare when lite. I really only chose this cabin for the wood fireplace and didn't use it after the first night. They also didn't provide any firewood just one starter log for a 4 night stay.The house is not well insulated and was too cold to hold a temp higher than 66. It was in the teens but still.We had one kitchen trash bag, no dishwasher detergent, 4 total bath towels which are only kept in the main level bath and none in the other bathrooms one roll of cheap papertowels.It did have plenty of plates, pans, mugs, silverware and cups.Jacuzzi was nice.Beds were clean.Property was nice and convenient to river

Loved the location right on the water. The layout of the house was very spacious even though it was just 2 of us and our dog. Being able to take our pup was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

So nice to unplug and visit this beautiful property. Felt a little like growing up in Vermont and I enjoyed it thoroughly. We adored the water in the back and loved the pool table when the rain hit hard. Enough room to do all the things together or be alone when you need it. Will definitely visit again.

We enjoyed the stay but there was a slight leak in the roof annd we had heavy rain and we woke up to water dripping on the upstairs bed. We also slipped on a broken stair. We did notify the host about both of these issues. Overall it’s a great house and great comminuted!
