The team member I spoke to on the phone, confirming my reservation and getting clarification about the necessary AWD or 4WD vehicle, and if I could not get a vehicle like that (borrowed my old man's car) whether I could swap cabins for a more accessible one, was one of the best experiences on the phone I have had (I really have social anxiety, especially over the phone). She was incredibly kind and helpful, very clear spoken as well. Such a nice experience.
