The pool is said to be on property, but is actually on another property owned by same company some 15 minutes away. outside glass unclean, neither sliding glass door was operational and one was missing screen and other screen damaged, all that said the place was very nice and enjoyable

Great cabin
Loved the cabin! Very clean and loved the River nearby. The only issue is that it is next to a busy road so it isn’t as quiet as expected.

Probably the Best Deal in the Coosawattee River Resort
Great location on the river and cabin and property were beautiful. We drove through the entire resort and didn't see anything else to compare. Excellent customer service, too. The coffee maker was broken, and they delivered a new one a short time later. The AC also went out and a repairman actually came out that night to fix it. Overall, a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in River Holiday. The cabin was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The outside furniture needs to be updated. Table and chairs on outside deck was dangerous, not safe to use.

House/cabin was very nice, spotless upon arrival, well stocked, a lot of the utensils looked brand new. The decks are very nice to sit on, and there is plenty of lighting inside and outside. Communication with management was prompt and professional. The river is a lot closer than the pictures represent although being fall, and all of the leaves were gone, probably made a difference. Also there is a highway close to the river so if you want to listen to the sounds of the river, you need to catch it early or later. There is a nice park, just a short piece up the road, where you can listen to the river. The geese are plentiful on the river and we enjoyed watching them. Deer showed up every morning for a visit, and a beaver let us know we were getting to close to him one night. Ha. There is a house being built next door but we never heard any noise and was not an issue. Overall an A+ expierence.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was supplied. We will definitely recommend to family and friends who vacation in North Georgia.

very nice home .
My family only stayed one evening which was Monday. We left the intended vacation home one day early on the 14th as the construction noise was pretty unbearable. The constant hammering and sawing not to mention the loud music and men yelling was just about enough for us. I hope you inform your next guest of what is occurring right next to them during their stay with Vacasa. We love coosewattee but would have loved it more minus all the noise.
