“The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel……

“Used this property for a short stay to visit the Keys and surrounding area. Using Google Maps to view street photos, shows a complete makeover of the property from the listing and in person. Would stay here again ”

This home was perfect—centrally located, clean, and spacious enough for all of us. The pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to unwind between graduation events. We truly enjoyed our stay!"”

“The house and all its amazing amenities were fabulous! It was clean, the check in & out process was easy, and the location was wonderful. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes but lacked a little in pots/pans & cooking utensils. We ended up having to buy an additional pot. Communication with the management company was excellent on a few issues we encountered, but the only real disappointment was that we could not use the firepit outside, which several of our guests really looked……

“I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. Our group consisted of 13 people, seven adults and six children.The property was immaculate and the host were very supportive and helpful in helping us navigate to local attractions. The host provided an early morning breakfast for our first morning there, which was very helpful since we checked in late due to flight delays. “We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. The outside kitchen and seating area was such a beautiful space to enjoy dinners with the whole family. Nani……

“Overall things were fantastic, I got up for a run each morning to the nearby key and the location made it perfect, it's about a 25 min walk from the key, brickell, and Lil Havana. All places worth checking out. There was some hiccups with the VRBO but the owner had great communication and was accommodating. Well put together place.”

“First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower……

“We appreciated the host allowing a Rehearsal Dinner party for our family on site. The house was perfect for the event. The kitchen was awesome. The amenities were appreciated. Layout of living room was great for everyone to sit and talk. The backyard porch prevented rain from interfering with our party. We also drove to went to dry Tortuga from this house, but that is definitely a long day. The house itself was great and the kids loved using the pool.
