「Very Nice house clean with amazing views, Chad and Jen were great hosts. Any issues were immediately addressed. Dock for fishing and swimming were great. Foosball and Ping-Pong table were a blast. Pool was a added bonus. Life vests / Pool floaties an games for the water was a plus. Very quite area, house is with in 15 mins for Daingerfield State Park. Patio had a Blackstone Grill and a Pit boss Pellet Smoker. Family had a great time, will defiantly be going back. 」

「My family and I had a wonderful stay! The grandson's enjoyed ping pong and their first time ever fishing. They didn't catch any fish but had wonderful, quality time with their Papaw.Our 10-mo. old puppy had a great time zooming all around the fenced in yard.The home is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for entertaining many, yet cozy and relaxing with just a few. I definitely will be back. Highly recommended!」

Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it.
