The fishing villages of Cape Coast, Ghana provide a source of economic stability for the city. Located next to Elmina Castle-a former slave trading post-the fishing ports are a colorful display and a must-see when visiting Ghana. This view is from Elmina Castle, in Ghana. It was completed in 1486 by the Portuguese. From 1637-1872 it became property of the Dutch. In 1872 it was ceded to Britain. It was also one of the gateways for slaves to board ships to America. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site. History can be seen inside these walls. #beach

From arrival to departure, the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and the property was clean. I got assistance checking into my room as well as when I checked out.
