Superbly clean and managed by a very nice lady. Location is great for day trips to Watkins Glen. Letchworth is also only about 60 miles away. Would definitely stay here again.

This little gem was great for our family trip. The room was updated very clean and comfortable. We did have issues with the internet but they were quick to respond and do what they could to fix it for us.

Hidden Gem

Like everyone else said, don’t judge this place by the outside appearance. The rooms are renovated, so it’s a great deal for the price. I had everything that I needed. Lauren is awesome, very friendly and helpful! She deserves a bonus and/or a raise!! I look forward to staying here again!

Lauren was an absolute legend. Knowing she may not have been onsite when we got there she called me in the. To let me know. Left the key for me and came to see us afterwards. The room was great. Clean, updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are the best I have had the pleasure of sleeping in. Lots of hot water, although the water pressure is a little.on the low side but none the less great stay all around. Will certainly stay there again if passing through.

Overall, this place was great. I especially liked that our room had a refrigerator, microwave AND a stovetop! My one gripe is the curtains. They need to have double curtain rods so that the sheer curtains can hang close to the window, and the opaque ones can hang in front of them on the side of the room. This is how most hotels/motels help maintain guests’ privacy. This place had one rod with the sheer curtains in the center and the opaque ones on the sides, so it was hard to bring the opaque ones together at night. My partner would have preferred a larger table in the room, but that’s small potatoes to me. The place was clean, and the manager was kind. My partner and I both agree that we would stay here again.

Good family owned motel

This is a lovely basic hotel, family owned and operated. They have very good customer service. The room me my needs and I would recommend it and stay again if I am in the area.

Don't let the outside or location fool you. The motel rooms have been nicely updated. Beds are comfortable, kitchenette is nice. No restaurants or other amenities nearby, but only a short drive to Corning.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Lauren is friendly and helpful. The lights had a flicker issue and the amenities listed daily cleaning which they didn't actually offer. We enjoyed the stay though and will stay again.
