"The room we had overlooked Times Square and was perfect. The bed was really comfortable and the electronic drapes and lights were great. We were also very happy with housekeeping. We left late around 2pm on one occasion and they took care of our room. Staff were great! "

This is our favorite place to stay due to the location. Close proximity to the parking garages, quick walk to Central Park or the theatre."

"The “water view” room that I paid extra for did not have a view with all of the construction. Elevator took forever, the floor in the room was sticky and there was nowhere to sit for breakfast. 😢"

"The pictures were deceiving, if you get a basic room they will put you in the bottom floors which are old and had a musty smell. In order to get a room like the one in the pictures you have to pay an extra "premium" fee. I did because the bottom rooms were horrible. In our "premium" room the AC was broken and the maintenance had to come and fix it, he was rude and said we just had to adjust the thermostat. When we told him of course we tried that, he right away pulled out batteries from his pocket and replaced the batteries on the thermostat. The only areas that were decent was the view from the premium room and the desk staff. "
