The Suite Of Peace

We had an enjoyable stay. The online pictures and description of the suite is just as is in person. If your looking for peace, relaxation, and comfort, this is the place to be. We would like to give Dr. C a shout out for her spectacular hospitality.

Great stay

Everything was as described in description. Location was a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. We used Rosedale station to get into the city each day. Parking was easy and we felt very safe. We will use this place again for sure.

Peaceful and Comfy

My friend and I shared this studio for three days and two nights and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Dr. C provided a comfortable and homey place for us, that made me feel at home. Her communication also made for an easy check in and check out process. It was a great stay and we hope to stay again. :)

Family getaway

Dr C (Cynthia) was an amazing hostess to us from beginning to end. Her place was nice and cozy, and very clean. There were nice touches throughout to make you feel at home, and she also greeted us with a welcome basket of treats. There's a lovely deck out back, where Dr C set up a nice table setting for us to enjoy eating outdoors if we wanted to. The location was ideal for the things we needed to do, and it was not far from JFK which was perfect. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in NY. I definitely intend to stay there again, once available, on future visits to the Big Apple. Great ratings for cleanliness, location and hospitality!!

The best of Elmont

Our stay was short but very nice. the studio brought to life the word self- contained. we did not want for anything. A Very nice and cozy space. Close proximity to Green Acres Mall and to the airport. Next time visiting in summer would be the better option as the coldness did a number on us, coming from the Caribbean. i think, that's one of the best that Elmont has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy apartment in quiet neighborhood

The host Dr. C went above and beyond. We had very detailed instructions on checking in and the amenities of the apartment. She even reminded us about some things to make our stay more comfortable. My wife, daughter and I had had a very nice stay here for 3 nights. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is a nice backyard and a place to park. Definitely recommend renting a car or be prepared to use Uber/Lyft. According to google maps the nearest public transportation is about a 30 minute walk. The walk is very nice.

Dr. C was a great host !!!

Dr. C was a great host !!! Super host is definitely a title that fits her and her hospitality. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in NY don’t hesitate to stay at this location. She has an open backyard to include a grill and seating and she’s more then willing to allow you to use the space. Her location is in close proximity to any and everything you may be visiting for. Just book and she’ll do the rest. She was a pleasure.

Nice retreat on the City outskirts

This is a pleasant studio in a quiet suburban neighborhood. We booked the room because of its location and proximity to Brooklyn and Queens where we were to seem my daughter. The room features a pull-out sofa bed with an extra mattress and a day bed. The bathroom is large and the shower is also roomy. There is a small kitchenette that we did not utilize. There is also a large, green back yard to enjoy. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, linens, soaps and shampoos. The host, Dr. C, was very engaged and interested in making our stay enjoyable. We would recommend this accommodation.

Look before you leap

The bathroom was the nicest. How ever the place was too small and there really wasn’t a kitchen. There was no air conditioning the first night. The pull out couch was uncomfortable.

A Lovely, Quiet, Restful Place

The title says it all, really. It was just the space I wanted for my purposes, comfortable and clean. Host was diligent in making sure I had all I needed. Would happily recommend it to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

Very hospitable host

We loved having the patio to enjoy our breakfast on and walking around the neighborhood was just plain refreshing. The houses were all unique and the lawns, lush and beautifully manicured. Our host was super hospitable and helped us navigate our stay. We highly recommend.

A true getaway in the city

Small place with everything you'll need Love the outdoor area. Nice for catching the sun. Indoors was nicely air conditioned and refreshing. The drinks and snacks that our superhost left us were greatly appreciated. We loved looking onto the gorgeous graveyard too. It's a cool sight.

Nice but?

For the convenience of the location for my purpose I gave the overall rating a better rating than I should have. It was a bit small but the biggest problem was the sofa bed frame was either broken or not working correctly and was incredibly uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get any sleep
