We stayed five nights and never heard noise from any other rooms. We would say that it was definitely worth what we paid for. The water was always hot which we liked.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean but dated, though the employee did say they are remodeling and since I had a small dog I had to be put in a room that was not done. The sheets and bed were clean, the overall room was clean though it did have a slight Odor from the carpet. I would stay again as it is a clean room and the price was right.

I liked that the property was near the freeway, and the front desk person was kind. However, the room was not properly maintained, it was very late and I had un packed when I noticed everything else, the sink and faucet were not cleaned it had tartar. The tub was dirty and moldy, not able to shower, the towels were old and stained. And the toilet was not washed/ cleaned properly it was dirty and stained by someone who had used it by going number2.

Rooms smelled clean and had all we needed for a good night rest. Lobby's coffee was great. I am glad they didn't have a coffee machine in the room usually the baggies coffee (for some reason) doesn't taste good. AGAIN, the complementary coffee at the lobby French vanilla or regular was delicious!

The front desk staff was top notch, very knowledgeable and personable. Arrived late and she allowed me into the office vs staying outside to check in.The location was super convenient being right off the highway. The biggest negative was the operation of the ac/heater unit. Was unable to successfully operate. User error? Hope this helps.

The room was very much neglected. Staff was friendly. Check in was smooth. The TV channels were non existent. The bathroom was terrible, tub only. There was a shower head, but no way to turn it on. The entry door was broken. All in all, i do not recommend this hotel. Expedia, remove this listing from your hotels.

The staff was wonderful. The room not so much the bedside lamps did not work with they were not plugged in we did look to try to plug them in but were unable to locate where the cords went or the outlets. The wall chargers were very loose and phone chargers would not stay in the outlets. There were no towels in the bath room and no actual blanket on the bed just the sheet and a decorative cover that was to small for the bed.

We arrived way earlier than check in due to our schedule changing at the last minute. Plus, our online special request wasn’t received by the hotel. The staff was so pleasant & accommodating. They got us a room & ended up having to change it due to my service dog. That was the special request. However, while looking to get us into a room, ASAP, that would accommodate my dog, she found one that was just cleaned & allowed for dogs. The maintenance man introduced himself & explained the remolding being done & he hoped we would enjoy our stay. The noise from the truck stop across the road didn’t even bother us. There is a Burger King & convenience store within walking range & other amenities within 10-20 miles. Just would like a small coffee maker in the room or coffee in the lobby at all times. We like coffee all times. Even later in the afternoon/evening. We WILL be back.
