"Wir (Familie mit zwei ältere Kinder) haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet ausreichend Platz mit drei Schlafzimmern. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt. In zwei der Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sondern "nur" Ventilatoren. Trotz der Hitze während unseres Aufenthalts, ließ es sich aber aushalten. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche, ist sehr gut, sodass man gerne kocht. Gerda als unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort hat uns das Haus blitzsauber übergeben. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr schön, der Pool toll zum Schwimmen und kaum benutzt, sodass wir oft alleine waren. Mehrere Supermärkte erreicht man nach kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto, Restaurants und ein Bäcker liegen wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Sandstrand fährt man ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto, der nicht überlaufen war. Von hier aus kann man gute Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, Valencia und Alicante sind gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt."

"Really quiet peaceful area with lots of lovely restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. A beach with pebbles is a 7 min walk. For a sand beach it’s a 20minute walk or a short car ride. No local beaches near by have sun loungers to hire but the accommodation has beach chairs and we left umbrellas in the cupboard on the roof terrace. The beaches are all very beautiful and not too busy-very natural and peaceful . We hired a car from Denia and the house has a very convenient covered car port with gate. Taxis seemed to find it hard to find the address. It would have been useful if there had been an instruction manual or guide to the local area with where things are and how to use them also it would have been better if there had been fans in thkitchen and outside area as it remained very hot outside in the lovely outdoor dining area. The pool and sun loungers are nice and clean. The pool is maintained a pool guy came twice a week. We had an issue with the door which needed repairing and after communicating it to the host via the app it was repaired within 24hours. As an English only speaker it was tricky as the contacts and people on site do not speak English but they were helpful and friendly and goggle translate helped! Inside the house, the beds were extremely comfortable with very goods mattresses, bathrooms were spacious The kitchen is really well stocked with utensils pot pans, crockery and cutlery. Overall we had a great stay-thank you for having us!"

"Lovely hotel, perfect if you want some rest and relaxation. Right on the beach with pool, restaurant and beach bar. Would stay over and over again. Drinks are a little bit expensive for Denia but it’s worth it :-)"

"Stayed with my wife and some friends. The villa is well equipped, very comfortable and the outside space is beautiful, with a large swimming pool. The whole property was clean and the property manager Sabine was very responsive to a couple of queries we had during our stay. The location, set back from the main road, was peaceful and private. Mi Casa Tu Casa is a great restaurant for local Spanish cuisine just across the road and there are many more options within walking distance/short drive to Denia. Be aware that the "double futon" is not a self-contained bedroom but in the living space leading to the master bedroom and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It worked fine for our party but may not suit everyone."
