Will book here again for sure !

The agency is really customer oriented and welcoming. The property was nice and clean and also just around 1km away from the beach. Groceries were 5 minutes by car and the pool helped us to relax. I will definitely come again :)

Mooie villa in Els Poblets

We hebben een zeer leuke vakantie gehad! Deze villa is goed onderhouden en heeft alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Ruim zwembad, praktische zonwering op terras, goede grill en makkelijke buitendouche. Ook binnen was alles naar wens, slaapkamers met airco en en suite badkamer. Kortom alles wat een mens nodig heeft om een goede vakantie door te brengen. De communicatie met het verhuuragentschap was zeer professioneel en vriendelijk. Zeker aan te raden.

Ein rundum toller Urlaub!

Wir waren generell sehr zufrieden! Das Haus und der Garten waren sauber und gepflegt. Es war auch sehr gut ausgestattet, wenn auch die Töpfe und Pfannen ein Upgrade gebrauchen könnten. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war super. Direkter Draht per WhatsApp, sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, nur wenige Minuten vom Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Der Strand war sauber und, zumindest während unserem Urlaub nicht überlaufen. Stein-und Sandstrand liegen nah beieinander. Auch die nächst größere Stadt, Denia, ist einen Besuch wert und weitere Ausflugsziele sind durch das Straßennetz gut zu erreichen. Das einzige Manko könnte die Dichte Bebauung der umliegenden Häuser sein. Zwar sind die Hecken und Mauern hoch, sodass man Privatsphäre genießen kann, doch zumindest die oberen Stockwerke von zwei Nachbarhäusern können in den Garten und Pool schauen. Wer also gerne FKK im Garten betreiben möchte muss sich darauf einstellen. Die Gäste der umliegenden Häuser sind auch gut hörbar wenn sie sich in ihren Gärten befinden, was manchen stören könnte. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein tolles Ferienhaus, wir werden sicherlich wieder dort Urlaub machen bzw. über die selbe Agentur ein Haus mieten.

Voll zufrieden - bestens zu empfehlen

Wir (2 Erw. + 1 Teenager + 1 Labrador) waren 3 Wochen zu Gast. Wir wurden von Beginn der Buchung bis nach der Abreise von Frau Zimmer betreut. Frau Zimmer ist eine sehr sympathische und aufgeschlossene Person, wodurch die Kommunikation sehr angenehm verlief. Nach vorheriger Absprache durfte auch unser Labrador in den Pool, was er bei den Temperaturen natürlich sehr genossen hat. Wir hatten die vollen 3 Wochen fantastisches Wetter. Teilweise sogar zu warm. Ab nachmittags wurde es angenehm windig. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen & gepflegten „Ferienort“ in Els Poblets. Es ist voll umschlossen und somit auch gut für Hundehalter geeignet. Haus und Garten sind genau wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool / Garten wird 1x in der Woche gereinigt. Bei uns sogar öfters, durch die Mitnutzung unseres Hundes. Lage: 5 min. Autofahrt zu einem wunderschönen, bewirtschafteten Naturstrand. Restaurants/ Bars fußläufig zu erreichen. Lidl/ Aldi / Shoppingcenter in nur wenigen Autominuten. Denia / Oliva liegen ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto entfernt Die größeren Städte wie Valencia & Alicante erreicht man nach ca. 1 h Autofahrt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und bedanken uns nochmals für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Propriété fantastique, piscine olympique !!! Barbecue hyper fonctionnel. Seul tout petit bémol le réfrigérateur avait un peu de mal à refroidir mais avec 31 degré en moyenne de température extérieure normal. Nous avons hâte de revenir tout est prevu pour que l on puisse se reposer et profiter . Merci

El chalet fenomenal, tanto la piscina como el interior. Al principio tuvimos algun problema con el coclchon/sábanas pero Stefanie nos lo solucionó estupendamente. Zono tranquila para disfrutar de la calma. Y el Lidl a 10 min. andando y 5 en bicicleta.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Teil vom Els Poblets und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut aufgeteilt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein Schlafzimmer hat ein separates Bad. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen Wintergarten. Der Pool ist sehr groß und gepflegt, wie auch das Grundstück, welches auch für Hundehalter sehr zu empfehlen ist, da es komplett geschlossen ist. Der wundervolle, menschenleere Strand sowie einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig vom Haus aus zu erreichen. Nach Denia sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch Wanderungen am Montgo. Was auch zu erwähnen ist, ist die super Betreuung durch Stella (Stefanie)! Sowohl bei der Anreise wie Abreise lief alles reibungslos und auch während der Zeit wurde umgehend reagiert, wenn man mal eine Frage hatte. Wir können diese Villa sowie Stella Inmo jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Esther und Marco

Top Feriendomizil mit viel Komfort und Entspannung

Dieser Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Teil vom Els Poblets und doch Nahe am Strand. Unser Strand Tipp: Les Deveses, parken im Carrer Riu Cudei. Nur ein Paar Autominuten nördlich, dort ist der Strand absolut wunderbar, bemerkenswert leerer dann sonstwo und das Wasser Glasklar. Unsere Erfahrung von die letzte zwei Jahre. Das Grundstück bietet ausreichend Platz. Angefangen vom Garage mit extra Kühlschrank was sowohl für Getränke und Auto sehr nützlich ist, über den herrlich kühle Pool mit großzügige Abmessung und Tiefe, der Feigenbaum der uns täglich leckeres Frühstücks Obst lieferte den wir unter der bequem großer Pergola genossen haben. Die Villa ist geräumig und praktisch aufgeteilt. Toll sind die 2 gut ausgestattete Bäder und sehr praktisch die Aussendusche und extra WC. Den neu gemauerte BBQ haben wir viele Male benutzt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man täglich braucht. Kühlschrank großzügig mit großem TK Abteil. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Wir könnten noch viele viele weitere Komplimenten angeben, möchten bestätigen dass unsere Urlaub (2 Erw. und 2 Kinder 16 und 20 J) in dieser schönen Region wieder mal sehr entspannend, komplett und unvergesslich schön war was für einen großen Teil am Qualität und Komfort des Domizils zuzuschreiben war. Zuletzt zu erwähnen aber sehr wichtig für uns ist die Professionelle, Service orientierte und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch Stefanie von Stella Inmo. Unsere Komplimenten !
