One nice feature is the pantry stocked with essentials that you can purchase. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. So many great hiking adventures nearby.」

「The property is located right along Lake Superior and each room has a balcony that overlooks the lake. The property is somewhat older, but the owners are doing a lot of repairs. Our check-in was smooth and quick, the staff was very friendly, and coffee/hot chocolate/hot cider were available all day in a very nice sitting area. Although you have to drive to anyplace to eat, the location was close enough to towns that it wasn't a big issue. We also love Tofte and Grand Marais, so both were easy...
