不满意：服务设施
Room was far too expensive in my opinion as someone who has worked in the hotel field. The room was subpar. Pad wrapper left in bathroom. Partially updated. Only tv channels really available are sports. Jacuzzi was away too small for two people to be able to fit. Asked for help to know what good trails would be to go on for snow shoeing when we were offered the advice when checking in and then when we finally asked we got nothing helpful. There needs to be better noise reducing measures taken. Every door could be heard slamming when closing and that's how all of them are. Being it's a ski resort you constantly hear people near and above walking in their ski boots which makes any relaxing hard to do.
