“this place is great. It is definitely as it states, a Sunny Nook. I loved the ease and convenience of the area, and the property was really easy to stay at. It is on the 2nd floor, so be ready to climb stairs. Both property managers were kind and so courteous. I was able to extend my stay twice without any hassle. They were there for me when I needed it, as I was there to take care of my late father's affairs. I enjoyed the stay and had just what I needed for myself and my two cats. Really……

Granted this dwelling is not new construction, rather it is an old / vintage building, and thus it has all of the corresponding charm for those that like that sort of thing. The trash hadn't been taken out from the previous visitor, which was kind of gross, and there was a bow tie behind some pillows on the sofa, which made us think it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned between stays.
