Haven't been there as often because of COVID in the last few years, but when i came back the staff which were still there gave me a warm welcome. The location is convenient for meetings in the Kuningan area, and the food is good, although the menu is limited. But the rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Highly recommended. "

"I liked it a lot -- the only thing I didn't like was the food lol. It was hella mid for the price but there's a food court that's walking distance so dont worry about that. The only thing I would note is that taxis may find the location hard to get to. Other than that, pretty good hotel. The room was cozy and it even had a balcony (which I didn't make use of bc its so hot in Indonesia but I liked that it was there). There was also a kettle which I was NOT expecting.
