Hotel is clean and comfortable. Beds, toilets and air conditioning are good. It's just that the buffet breakfast set is limited and quite pricey. There was a large demonstration going on nearby so felt a abit unsafe.

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The room was in great condition and had everything we needed. Although the breakfast selection was a bit limited, the food tasted good. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Hotel is new and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The only drawback was the room wall was thin and not soundproofed so it was a quite bit noisy when people pass by my room outside.

The location is a bit disappointing, but the friendliness of the staff and other facilities make up for all the shortcomings. I like it because the price is very reasonable. However, the therapists at massage shops are very lacking in skills.

The room was beautiful (big sky room). Staff were helpful. The outlets were loose though, so we couldn’t charge our phones. The bath had leaves and dirt inside it, but it’s outside so I guess that’s expected. Overall enjoyed our stay and liked the appearance of the room a lot.

Generally good experience

It was generally satisfying experience thanks to the employees' kindness and hard work. But I smelled a bit unpleasent thing from the blanket. I am not sure of where it came from, but it would have been better if they had cared about hygiene and smell. Except that, everything was hard to be complained.

Nice place to stay, but the hot water is an issue

The service was very nice and enthusiastic, although at times seemed a little inexperienced. The breakfast was good but other food service needed to be more efficient. The room was very good. I would have liked a tub, and there was no hot water our whole stay, only kind of warm water. That was a major negative. But the room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent given that I had business at Senayan City.
