"Very happy with our stay at the Metcalfe. We were travelling as a group and had two rooms. Both were clean, well stocked with amenities and well maintained. We needed extra water and coffee and the front desk assisted us without issues. The thing that stuck out to me the most was when we checked out we left our bags with the hotel to walk around before our train. When we returned, one of the bags were not returned to us. When I called the hotel, assuming the bag was lost, they instead assured me they would send it promptly over to Montreal. Everything arrived later in the week, safe and sound. We were so impressed. I would stay at the Metcalfe again for the location, the rooms and the aesthetic- but also knowing that the staff go above and beyond just solidifies this decision. Thank you."
