「Staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, free Vietnam coffee was awesome too. 」

「Hotel in good location near Hoan Kiem lake, with plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, made to order, better reserve at least 30 min to enjoy due to order taking and cooking time. Beware the main door is locked after midnight 」

「Very good」

「Staff are friendly and helpful. Bell boy is extremely hard working and helpful too. No adverse comments 」
