great quick family getaway spot

Great spot near the kinneret for a quick family getaway. Beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff, generous breakfast...what more could you want?

OK basic stay in southern kinneret

Very basic room with joined twin beds. Fine for the cheapest room we could find I the area. Bathroom shows it's a converted dorm room. Plumbing was probably not the best as shower had some odors coming out of it. AC is very noisy no matter how you set it. Twin beds have some tendency to come apart.

In Israel most hotels in old condition, they give you only one towel per person, minimum of shampoo, and body wash, the breakfast is not for free, you have to pay extra fees usually no one will tell you about it. Please be aware.

Lobby de l'hotel déplorable. Hôtel assimilable à une auberge de jeunesse. Gêne sonore liée à la immédiate de la route. Changement de tarification à l'arrivée. 1h pour effectuer le check-in. Chambre et salle de bains correctes et propres. Literie basique. Petit-déjeuner misérable. Fortement déconseillé pour les couples et familles. Adapté pour des groupes de jeunes.

סה"כ בינוני, אולי בינוני פלוס

שנה שניה ברציפות שחזרנו והפעם התאכזבנו. לקחנו חדר עם יציאה לחצר בשורה 5. חדר 501 הוא חדר מותאם לנכים, לא ברור למה קיבלנו אותו. החדר עצמו מיושן מאד. ריהוט חום ענתיקה מיושן, כסא של סבא, ספה של סבא רבא... היציאה לגינה בחדר 501 זה די סוג של עקיצה, לא ברור אם היציאה היא למדשאה ציבורית או פרטית - ממליץ לגדר את זה. בחדר שעולה 1500 שקלים הייתי מצפה למכונת קפה וחלב ולא לנס קפה עלית... ארוחת הבוקר בחג היתה בינונית ובחול המועד היתה סה"כ בסדר פלוס. יש מקרר קטן וכספת. מזגן קיר שעשה את העבודה. טלויזיה קטנה עם מבחר מצומצם של ערוצים, למי שזה מעניין אותו. מפוזרים שולחנות קק"ל שאפשר לספח לחצר של החדר. נעים מאד לשבת בחוץ בערב. הגענו על סמך הניסיון הטוב מהשנה שעברה - בניין 8 - ולא דמיינו את הזוקן של החדר שקיבלנו. למלון אין חוף וגם לא בריכה. סה"כ מדובר במיטה לישון בה, אין שום דבר במלון שיגרום לך להישאר בו במהלך היום... יש המון מדשאות ירוקות ועצים גדולים שמתוחזקים מצויין. היינו 3 משפחות, כל משפחה קיבלה חדר בקצה אחר... פעם הבאה ניקח מתחם צימרים או וילה עם בריכה וכל הפינוקים במחיר נמוך יותר ונהיה כולנו ביחד. קיצר, אוהלו, כדאי להרים את הרמה, לשפץ, לחדש ולא להשאיר את חדרי הזוקן גם לא בעד שלום. בכל מקרה תודה שאירחתם ובהצלחה.

We were surprised with how much value we got. Check in and out were easy. The room was spacious, clean, calm and beautifully designed. Both breakfasts were great. The location is good, we walked to the water and to a restaurant. Would definitely come back!

Ohalo Manor works well for a night's sleep

The accommodations were decent for the price. Great parking very close to the room. The location is good for those wanting to explore the area. However there were no facilities to use outside of that. Although Pool access was written on the listing, there was no pool access.

SImple but VERY nice hotel, on the shore of Kinneret (Sea of Galilee). Very beautiful view from our room, Very good breafast, nice green territory. Very enjoyable.

Dormir au kibboutz de Kinneret.

Immersion dans un kibboutz sans les barrières et poste de garde. Une partie aurait pût être conservée afin de découvrir la réalité d’un kibboutz. Pour notre cas, chambre face au lac avec une terrasse. Attention au jour de Shabbat pour ceux qui veulent un maximum de service car le service est réduit au minimum ce jour là, surtout le petit-déjeuner. Par contre ambiance pieuse et festive le soir. C’est Un réel plaisir de découvrir les traditions, les gens présents n’hésite pas à expliquer.

It was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was great, lots of choice and very tasty. Reception could be a little more friendly but everything else was fine. The rooms are a good size and have everything that you would expect.
