「First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out.
Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. I have pictures of mold in the drain of the hallway bathroom along with the dirty light switch as well as the masterļ bedroom ceiling fan is falling down when my husband...

「I think we were a little in between seasons w/ construction & landscaping all being done where we stayed. Pool amenities weren’t open yet (snack bar)… but that’s ok. Would have been nice to have pool towels👍」

「This place is great! It was perfect size for me and my husband! And the views from the balcony are great! The pics don’t do it justice! Everything was clean. It was a nice added touch to have toiletries in the shower. The bed was super comfy! I would stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to others! 」
