「I didn’t realize this condo was actually a motel room, which is fine, however the door is exposed to any and everyone with only a deadbolt. No inside only lock for protection. There needs to be something you can lock from the inside as well. It was just 2 females alone so we used furniture and suitcases to blocks the door just to feel a little safer.」

「This was our second year staying at Colony by the Sea, and it’s safe to say we’ll absolutely be back! While we experienced a very minor hiccup on our first day, Naomi personally stepped in and took care of everything immediately. That’s the kind of customer service that turns a small inconvenience into a reason to come back. She was responsive, professional, genuinely caring, and made sure our vacation got right back on track. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We...

「This property is one of kind- it is the top floor of a 3 floor condo which makes the views of the sound unbelievable. The porch which is equipped with a ceiling fan overlooks the sound. It has a great table and chairs for enjoying all your meals or just to relax. The spacious condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a spacious living area.
