House was clean and well stocked, all appliances worked.Big deck and just a few steps to the beach. Would rent it again.

Roaches on the floor, sand everywhere inside, trash under the couch, grill growing mildew and was so rusted it looked like you would get tetanus trying to use it. Cats around property, food and water bowls under stairs to keep them there. Cats uses beach access from house as litter box, bothersome so guests. Microwave screen not readable. Mattresses felt like they were bought with the house in the 50’s

Million dollar view!

The cozy old fashioned cottage was nostalgic for us but offered 2 fabulous porches with plenty of seating and awesome views of the ocean. Steps away from the beach this place was a great get away from everyday life. You will need to bring all the basics (like TP, paper towels, dish soap , trash bags etc) but knowing this in advance helped. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location. Spacious house. Really enjoyed it. House needs some routine maintenance attention and you’re not getting alot of extras with your stay (I.e., things like having to supply your own toilet paper and hand soap) but other than those minor things, this house was a real gem!

Not too big. Not too small. Just right.

This is an older property but it is well maintained with beach theme decor. I loved the outdoor rocking chairs and the shaded area. I burn easily and was so grateful to have a shady retreat. The kitchen had the basics. The Ceiling fans were a plus.
