The location was perfect, right on the beach. The unit can use some renovations in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We were limited to two showers as the third one upstairs was clogged upon our arrival. Overall a great vacation, but we were hoping for more from this VRBO.

The only thing good about this property, was the location and the view.The unit was dingy, dirty, and in need of a complete remodeling.The checkout rules and list on the refrigerator were a little excessive. Especially the dishes, being cleaned and put away.We were a party of 8 people, eating 3 meals a day. and you only provided us with 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 small bottles of dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels. I’m not sure who is the person in charge of distributing these items to the guests, but they need to reevaluate the quantity of these items.I think for the amount of money they charge for these units, they could certainly afford to provide more of these items, based on the number of people staying. We reached out to the housekeeping department to ask for more of these items, but we were told they will not be issuing anymore items.
