Exercise room with equipment and Tennis/pickleball Courts. Complex is oceanfront, condo is poolside. Kitchen is loaded with anything you will need for meals. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop, and shopping. 1 mile to Publix groceries, Rucker John’s in Emerald Plan tation, water slide and much more!
